Room was great , ac was horrible the first night person in front desk acted as could not be bothered , food was ok not the best for a resort like this very messy , cold and repetitive . Sports bar people was amazing i will say kind , fun and fast.

Extremely well kept and maintained property, the staff truly seems to understand the whole ethos of hospitality.

Staff were friendly and efficient

I stayed at the same hotel multiple times, ranging from the lifestyle presidential suite to the lifestyle crown. Overall, my experience was positive, although I don’t plan to return for a while. The menu offerings at the resort were quite repetitive, with minimal variation during my week-long stay, which made dining less exciting. The restaurants I visited were decent; the steakhouse stood out as the best option due to its quality and variety. The bar was quite average, serving typical drinks and limited atmosphere. However, the highlight of my stay was the exceptional service at the spa. I was able to book two different treatments—such as a deep tissue massage and a hydrating facial—and the staff consistently provided professional and friendly service. If I were to award five stars to the resort, it would be primarily for the outstanding spa experience and attentive staff.

Bar needs to be improved cocktails are too sweet they use sugar stead the real ingredient to prepared drink. Example I asked for a long isla ice tea, they didn’t use the real ingredient to make the drink I returned because it was too sweet. Not quality drinks, however I don’t think the bartender have the necessary ingredients.
